What do you do with nibs? Many things, sweet and savory!
As an infusion : 1 tbs (6g) for 250ml of boiling water. Let infuse for 4-6 minutes.
As a garnish : on cereal, ice cream, yogurt, in smoothies and cookies, etc. Don’t stop at sweet recipes, add some nobs to a salad or in a chili.
